Make a Sushi Set Workshop
Create your very own sushi set in this fun and hands-on ceramics workshop! Using stoneware clay, you’ll learn how to roll and shape slabs of clay to craft a beautiful and fully functional set, and we’ll also add textures to the surfaces to make each piece unique.
During this four-hour workshop, you’ll make:
• Two serving plates
• Two small pots for soy sauce
• Two stands to hold your chopsticks
Under my guidance, you’ll explore hand-building techniques and design a set that is both practical and durable, perfect for everyday use. Once your pieces are finished, they will be dried, glazed, and fired in the studio. The result? Dishwasher- and microwave-safe ceramics that you can proudly use at home, bringing a personal touch to your sushi nights.
